Installation Costs

  • Average 3 Bed or Less       £1950

If the water mains supply is insufficient then a self testing pump set and storage tank would need to be added at an approximate additional cost of £1,950.

We can provide special discount prices for developments with multiple properties requiring sprinkler systems.

Design Only Costs

Based on your architects plans we can provide a full design package to BS9251:2021


Designs for a mains fed 2/3 Bed property start from £300


Additional costs to provide stored water tank and booster pump specification from £200


These are guide prices, of course all projects are different, we provide a fully bespoke design service for your development.

Servicing & Maintenance

Generally, our prices start from £65 for a standard service i.e. a system connected directly to the water mains.

This would involve,

  • Pressure and flow test
  • Test of audible alarms
  • Inspection of all sprinkler heads to ensure:
  1. all cover plates fitted correctly
  2. there are no signs of a leak around the head
  3. the head still covers the protected area, i.e., has there been any modification to the room that has caused a blind spot from the sprinkler head.
  • Inspection of all ceilings and walls for indications of a weeping joint
  • Inspection of lagging, (if applicable)
  • Inspection and testing of trace heating, (if applicable)
  • Inspection and testing of alarm interfaces, (if applicable)

Prices for a service on a system incorporating a booster pump start from £155 and include all the above and the following;

  • Inspection of pump,
  • Inspection of tank,
  1. Water level
  2. Signs of leaks
  3. Low level alarm test
  4. Test for presence of bacterium
  5. Pump & control centre diagnostics & test
  6. Wiring check

Following the service, a new commissioning certificate will be supplied, and the logbook signed if available.

If the service fails or requires remedial work, a full report will be issued with a quotation to carry out rectification.

We also record all installations and services per property; annual reminders are sent from us 4 weeks before expiration.
